1Acceptance of Terms

3User Account

3.1 Account Registration

7Prohibited Activities

8Limitation of Liability

• Losses resulting from betting decisions made independently by the user;
• Transaction delays caused by factors beyond toti88's control, including issues on the payment provider's end;

• Indirect, consequential damages, or loss of profits under any circumstances.

Toti88's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9Account Closure

9.1 Closure Upon User Request

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Any valid remaining balance after applicable deductions will be processed for withdrawal within 5 business days, subject to the settlement of any outstanding active bets.

9.2 Closure by toti88

Toti88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspicion or confirmation of fraudulent activity or money laundering;
• Request from a competent authority;
• Multiple account registration;
• Inability to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.

In the event of closure due to a breach, toti88 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining bonus balances and wins obtained through activities that violate the terms, while the original deposit may be returned at toti88's discretion upon completion of the investigation.

10Amendments to Terms and Governing Law
